This role offers flexibility, allowing you to be based in Collingwood, Victoria, or Bondi Junction, NSW, while contributing to the growth and success of both key markets. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing customers.At lyf, we're all about reimagining spaces to spark connection and creativity. We're looking for a sales strategist to lead our efforts in driving occupancy and maximizing our innovative spaces.What You'll Do:Sales Strategy Development:You'll craft consultative sales strategies to boost room occupancy and creative space usage. By analyzing market trends and attending key events, you'll identify opportunities and negotiate deals that bring in the best returns. Plus, you'll collaborate with teams to create seasonal packages that guests won't be able to resist.Client Relationship Management:You'll build strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners, keeping our sales pipeline active through regular calls, site inspections, and tailored activities.Revenue Generation:Hitting and exceeding sales targets is your bread and butter.
