We are hiring a passionate Business Development Manager - IT Recruitment Services to support the growth and expansion of our Recruitment practice.
This role offers generous outcome-based incentives along with a base salary.
Role and responsbility
Building relationships with new and existing clients Recruitment for numerous contract assignments (labour hire - mining/blue collar) Work with the delivery team to ensure the timely delivery of roles Manage Contractor relations for the account We are looking for someone with: A successful track record in sales and client relationship management in a B2B environment, preferably within agency recruitment and/or labour-hire Experience in a 360 recruitment role for an agency The ability to cross-sell Technology & Talent Solutions Strong knowledge of the technology market About Us Zone IT Solutions is Australia based Recruitment company.
