This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage established global networks and cutting-edge logistics solutions including Ocean Freight, Airfreight, Customs, Coastal Shipping, Warehousing, and more to meet the needs of high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Growth: Identify, target, and secure new business, expanding the company's presence in the competitive freight forwarding market.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and high satisfaction levels.Sales & Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and strategically showcase the company's robust logistics services.Tailored Logistics Solutions: Collaborate with global and regional teams to create customized solutions that address each client's unique logistical needs.CRM Leadership: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, ensuring seamless client communication and up-to-date information.Market Insight: Stay well-informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor developments to support proactive business planning.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery that consistently exceeds client expectations.Qualifications Required: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or client management within logistics or freight forwarding.Proven track record of securing new business and managing complex deals.Deep understanding of freight forwarding and logistics solutions, including Air, Ocean, Road, and Rail.Proven ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels, including C-Level.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Willingness to travel within the assigned region.Why Join?
