Business Development Manager | Inner West

Our client is part of a prominent network that is dominating Sydney! This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a big, busy, and established office made up of an award-winning team. With a unique profile across a high caliber of properties, and working collaborations with well-recognized developers, this is a role for an individual with a commitment to customer care and a drive to remain the number one office in the area!
The Duties:
Monday - Friday, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to assist in the growth of this portfolio. With plenty of support from warm leads, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Sourcing new business opportunities
Conducting Open Homes
Working closely with the Sales Agents & Executive Leasing Consultants
Maintaining and developing client relationships
Offering professional advice to clients
Arranging and conducting market appraisals
The Requirements:
The successful candidate MUST have previous experience as a BDM and/or in Property Management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
You will be well-presented, organized and have excellent administration skills
You will have a current Certificate of Registration, your own car and a valid driver's license.
