This is a new and exciting role in our expanding animation division. It combines sales & management of our existing animation team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our clients.You will be working with existing and potential clients, preparing and delivering a proactive strategy focused on delivering continuous, captivating content for digital assets in their venues, guiding the animation team to consistently produce engaging content.It requires an enthusiastic person with a great imagination and excellent communication skills. A background in the hospitality or gaming industry would be a bonus but is not essential. This is predominantly a Wagga Wagga based role, with some travel and overnight stays required, along with flexibility to meet remotely with clients via Zoom and similar platforms.About usPrecision Signs is a signage and digital display manufacturer set in the heart of the Riverina town of Wagga Wagga, NSW. Our highly skilled and motivated personnel are driven to exceed the expectations of our clients.About youLimited experience? No problem! While experience in a previous sales role is welcomed, it is not a requirement. We are seeking someone who is positive, enjoys tech, film, gaming, and has a keen goal to lead a team. Organisation is key!You will need to have sound computer skills; while you'll be provided training in specific software processes, existing IT skills are necessary to be successful.The role requires you to work with new and existing customers; you'll need to be confident and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be working with the general and operations manager to provide HR feedback and discussions, supporting and uplifting your team to be their best.Tasks & responsibilitiesSchedule quarterly meetings with key clients, drafting gaming content and custom animation plans.Orchestrate and manage animation and digital content projects from start to completion, ensuring schedules and responsibilities of staff are clear and deadlines are met.Liaise with the Operations Manager on manufacturing and installation schedules and keep the team updated with required deadlines.Measure team capacity levels and work with the General Manager to build the team appropriately.Monthly RDO.Performance-based bonuses.Candidates successful in the interview will be contacted via phone or email.
