Building on over 30 years of success and strong client relationships, the family-orientated business continues to expand in their office fit out, refurbishments and interiors division.Now seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities from planning and consultation through to design and installation.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, driven sales professional to work with a fast-growing, industry specialist team.Your role and responsibilities will include:Identify market segments in which the business can grow and operate.Generate leads, networking opportunities and sales in the construction industry – interior fit out and refurbishment sector.Focus on networking to create and nurture new relationships through to establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.Continue nurturing prospects that don't become sale opportunities.Provide onsite strategic workplace consultation in conjunction with their design team, taking client relationships from concept phase through to the construction phase.Present final scope and costings and achieve final client sign off on quotes.Close sales from leads generated.Hand over to project management team once order is signed, ensuring all details are correct.Report regularly while maintaining open communication with management within the business.Ensure KPIs for revenue, number of quotes produced, and CRM activities are kept fully up to date.Regular follow up of quotes and opportunities.The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in sales in a similar business development role within the interior or construction marketplace.High level strategic thinker with the ability to create and develop workplace strategy for clients.A great network of potential clients within the design, commercial real estate, key corporates, facilities management and/or construction sectors.A strong work ethic and an ability to problem solve effectively and independently.Self-motivated, passionate and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Please submit your resume through the link or for a confidential discussion call Kylie Jasinski at Prime Recruitment & Consulting on 0415 194 515 or ****** levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development, Sales, and Customer ServiceIndustriesConstruction and Building Construction
