We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our market presence. The Business Development Manager will use their knowledge of our products and services to provide technical solutions, advice and support to potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture essential customer relationships, provide educational support to enhance customer knowledge, and consistently deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.About you: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the Electronic Security, Access Control and CCTV industry.Proven negotiation, presentation and organisation skills.Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.Excellent technical understanding of electronic security systems, access control, CCTV and associated products.Standard Microsoft Computer skills are essential – Training on CRM + Accounting software will be provided to the successful applicant.What we can offer you: We offer a generous salary package and motor vehicle allowance with substantial commission opportunities.
