About the Role We are on the lookout for an ambitious and self-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join this thriving team. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to strategise business growth and forge new relationships within the corporate sector.
Responsibilities will include: Researching, planning, and executing initiatives to target new market segments, while generating leads and guiding them through the sales process. You'll manage incoming sales inquiries, offer tailored solutions, and create precise quotations and service proposals for both new and existing clients.Negotiating agreement terms, closing deals, and developing a robust business pipeline that aligns with our Client's Growth Strategy for revenue expansion. You'll also prioritise conversion opportunities for optimal outcomes and oversee business development efforts with existing and prospective clients.Strengthening client relationships to enhance organic growth, while cultivating new connections and converting them into active projects.
