About the Role: We're seeking a Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of proven experience in Business Development to join our team. If you're a self-starter with a strong track record in generating new business and exceptional leadership skills, this is your chance to make an impact! You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding Versatile Property Services' market share.
What We're Looking For: A motivated professional with 2+ years of Business Development experienceSkilled in self-generation of leads and relationship-buildingStrong leadership and communication abilitiesA passion for delivering results and driving growthKey Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including email, phone, social media, networking events, and lead generation software.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.Generate and qualify leads, converting them into valuable sales opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the seamless execution of projects.Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities.Successfully convert cold leads into satisfied clients.Ideal Candidate Profile: Over 2 years of experience in Business Development.Proven ability to identify, prospect, and convert leads into sales opportunities.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong track record in client relationship management and retention.Proficiency in delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.Expertise in staying updated with industry trends and market insights.A successful history of converting cold leads into clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.At Versatile Property Services, we offer a competitive remuneration package, including a Salary + Super, Uncapped Commission, plus a Vehicle, Laptop, & Phone.
