The Role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be tasked with developing a Business Plan and Sales Strategy to ensure sales goals and growth objectives are met in your assigned territory.
With a mix of new and existing business, your key accountabilities will include:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the regionDeveloping strategic sales plans to penetrate target marketsManaging assigned Key Accounts and continuously improving customer relationships to capture value-adding opportunities and expand product and service offeringsCreating detailed quotes and project specifications that outline technical requirements, design, and functionalityProviding ongoing support to customers throughout projects, acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that customer needs are metDeveloping promotional campaigns and marketing solutionsAttending trade and networking events to expand footprint and generate leadsAnalysing current market trends, competitor products and market shareMonthly sales forecasting and reportingYour Profile:
Our ideal candidate will have several years' experience in similar technical sales and business development roles, with a real hunger for seizing opportunities regardless of what challenges may arise.
You will also have the following skills and attributes:
A demonstrated track record for achieving results and growth within your portfolioPrevious experience collaborating with engineers, architects, plumbers, builders, developers and government agenciesExperience working within the Water industry would be highly advantageousProven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisationWell-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflictThe ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment effectively, meet deadlines and successfully prioritise workCurrent and valid Driver's licenseIn return, you will be offered a competitive remuneration package, generous incentive scheme, tools of trade, empowering leadership, mentoring and the opportunity to develop your career with a true market leader in their respected field.
