Established in 1980, the company comprises a strong Board, Executive group, and highly talented team of people with significant industry experience.About the roleThis role reports to the Direct Sales Manager and drives new business growth through the MetroMap SaaS/DaaS subscription service and affiliated products and services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead with insights, provide value-based solutions to Aerometrex customers by understanding their business challenges.Showcase Aerometrex's products and capabilities to clients through product demonstrations, use cases and case studies.Meticulous meeting preparation so the time spent with prospects is well planned with clear objectives and next steps.Represent Aerometrex at industry-specific conferences/exhibitions and assist with brand awareness in our target industries.Meet with prospective clients face to face who may be locally, regionally or nationally based, as appropriate.Foster and maintain relationships with prospects across their buying cycle.Sales Revenue and Growth.Identify new business opportunities for MetroMap through thorough research and planned prospecting activity.Build impactful proposals and presentations that are concise, relevant and precise.Identify opportunities for non-core products such as 3D and LiDAR and communicate these to your sales peers in the relevant business units.Achieve growth and hit sales targets via new business opportunities (new logos).Develop multiple layers of relationships with key customers.Identify and contact potential customers within existing accounts for new business and upsell opportunities.Maintain accurate business reporting, opportunity management and forecasting via Salesforce.Research prospects, generate new business leads, generate new business leads, generate new business leads, and manage incoming leads to achieve activity and sales targets.Providing specialist advice on the products and/or services being sold and introducing technical experts to prospects as needed.Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and meetings in person.Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.Ensure the timely handover of new customers to Account Managers to ensure successful onboarding.Communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to the MetroMap Direct Sales Manager.Efficient use of Salesforce CRM.Liaise between the customer and internal teams to ensure a positive and value-added customer experience.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have/be:A data-driven approach to problem solving.Proficient in client engagement and adept at extracting comprehensive information regarding client utilisation of data.Skilled in understanding client pain points and assessing their needs to effectively tailor solutions.Demonstrated ability to identify and articulate the value proposition of data offerings to enhance client organisations.A team player with the ability to self-manage outcomes.Ability to make quality decisions based on all inputs presented.Ability to negotiate and manage customer expectations.Ability to work under pressure to meet team/own objectives.Analyse and interpret market trends.Collaboration and motivation skills.Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional organisational skills and multi-tasking skills.High standard of relationship building skills with an exceptional customer service manner.Passionate, confident, dynamic, and self-motivated.Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.Deep understanding of prospecting, and tools needed.Why Work with usWe understand that your career choices are important.
