The team you will be joining is highly regarded and will provide you with market leading services to sell and support and mentoring from some of the best people in the industry. Our Office is in the Sydney CBD, though you will spend a lot of your time meeting customers in the Sydney metro area, with some limited WFH. Your role will be focused on new business development. Tasks will include:
Prospecting, qualifying leads and meeting with target customersIdentifying target customers' needs and alignment and then designing and presenting solutions that seek to add genuine valueClosing new businessWorking as a Team with Management and colleagues to jointly pursue major accountsBuilding a network of relationships with target customers and employing the use of CRM for pipeline managementWhat do we expect?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major player in the logistics industry, and we will provide a high level of support to ensure the success of the selected candidate. Therefore, you must:
Have a minimum of 5 years record of high performance - selling Logistics services to large privately owned and corporate customers in AustraliaHave a high level of self-confidence, attention to detail and personal drivePossess the ability to deal with objections and design creative solutionsDemonstrate very strong sales and interpersonal skillsKeep the end objective always in sight and can focus on actions and execute accordingly.Have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels up to C suite.
