EHPlabs is a rapidly growing powerhouse in the health and fitness industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive EHPlabs' presence and growth within the commercial fitness space across Australia and New Zealand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand our product range and market presence within current retail channels, while actively pursuing new retailer collaborations to diversify the brand's portfolio.
About the role As our Business Development Manager you will:
Focus on expanding EHPlabs' products within fitness channels (e.g. gyms, community centres), strategically increasing brand presence and visibility. Collaborate with vending partners to create and implement Joint Business Plans, ensuring alignment with EHPlabs' goals and objectives. Utilise Allstar's and Ambassadors to conduct taste testings and activations across Australia to foster brand engagement and loyalty. Proactively generate leads within the fitness industry, qualifying potential partners for direct wholesale or vending fulfilment.Ensure EHPlabs brand is accurately represented in stores, providing input on plangram and POS materials.Collaborate with marketing and All Star teams to develop comprehensive field marketing plans for RTD products, maximising profitability and support within the B2B network. About you You will have:
Proven experience in business development or sales within the fitness or consumer goods industry. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
