Leading, independent telco disruptor, are looking for a talented BDM to help expand their network within residential buildings across Sydney.
While training on the telco side is provided, it is your experience and connections within strata and building management that will set you apart.
In this role, you will leverage your established relationships to drive network adoption and customer engagement within residential properties.
You will work closely with property stakeholders, including strata managers and building committees, to ensure successful network installations and ongoing satisfaction.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO: Drive and create new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Develop and execute strategies to increase network penetration in residential buildings.
Manage relationships with building managers, Owners Corporations, committees etc.
Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams.
Engage buildings in your portfolio on partner programs to drive penetration per building, utilising in-building marketing materials, kiosks, and lifecycle management.
Attend relevant industry networking events to build strong relationships and expand your professional network.
Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand presence and expand your network.
Track and report on progress and performance metrics for each building.
WHAT YOU HAVE: Proven track record in business development.
Strong connections in the strata and building management sectors.
Enthusiasm to learn about or expand knowledge in telco, particularly in fiber internet.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience in managing sales processes and achieving business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Commercially savvy and personable, with the ability to build positive and profitable relationships.
Exceptional attention to detail and a practical, solution-centric mindset.
