Business Development Manager

Talent Focus Recruitment, in partnership with leading provider in the education sector, committed to delivering high-quality Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services.
As part of our joint growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the position: The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in expanding our OSHC services in line with our business plan and customer strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: ? Increase the number of profitable services across all brands through targeted sales efforts.
? Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with targeted services and corporates.
? Ensure contracted services are profitable within agreed timelines and deliver on key performance indicators.
? Support operational teams in the successful implementation of new services.
What you will need to be successful: ? 3 years business development experience (desirable).
? Experience working within a school community (desirable).
? Strong track record in sales and commercial negotiation ? Working towards a Diploma in Sales and Marketing (or equivalent), or Tertiary Qualifications in an unrelated field with industry experience (essential).
? Tertiary Qualifications in Business/Marketing or similar (desirable) ? A motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills.
? Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity levels.
? Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and CRM applications.
? Experience in sales, financial modelling, and tender development.
? Knowledge of business-to-business and business-to-customer marketing principles.
