Due to exponential growth, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join their Sydney team.
Reporting through to the Field Sales Manager you'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers which will include both the on and off premise sales channels within your territory of Sydney CBD and North Shore.
Critical to your success in this role will be your ability to develop strong customer relationships in a competitive market. You will use commercial knowledge and insights to deliver results whilst operating with simplicity and creativity, driving optimum operational performance.
Role Responsibilities: Build strong mutually beneficial business relationships Pursue sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets Present, promote & sell products to all customers Establish sales plans to meet KPI targets Negotiate joint business plans with on/off-premise clients to achieve shared success across our portfolio. Track sales/status reports in CRM Ensure promotions/activations are inline with company plan/catalogues Manage your journey planner based on A,B,C customers Drive sales growth for your territory Work as part of a larger sales team Attend quarterly cycle meetings Identify and participate in relevant events and festivals to promote our brand and drive sales growth Ideal Experience: Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive go getter attitude Previous experience in a similar role or a hospitality background Proven ability to build professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven Excellent communication & negotiation skills Passion for and knowledge of premium spirits CRM experience desirable Willingness to learn and improve Ability to follow a call cycle and work autonomously Commercial intelligence Strong values and integrity with a customer first approach Winning in a fast paced environment.
