About the Role Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth?
We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us expand our reach within the commercial broker network.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and Attract : Develop and nurture profitable customer relationships by connecting with SME trading businesses and the health segment.
Collaborate : Work closely with BOQ Business and BOQ Specialist Relationship Management teams to provide commercial deals.
Refer any stand-alone generic residential lending to the BOQ Retail network.
Brand Awareness : Enhance BOQ Business Brand visibility among Commercial Brokers and Aggregators across the Australian market.
In this role, you'll be pricing applications to ensure we get the best returns for the bank.
You'll also be reviewing Commercial Lending, Asset Finance, and Residential Lending deals to make sure they align with our policies and credit standards.
Building strong relationships is key.
You'll be connecting with aggregators and commercial brokers across Business Lending, Asset Finance, and Insurance Premium Funding.
Your well-developed relationship management skills, both internally and externally, will be crucial as you work to exceed client expectations.
You'll also be managing internal stakeholders, working closely with State Managers, Relationship Managers, and the credit team.
Strong communication and presentation skills are a must, as you'll be presenting to large audiences at Aggregator conferences and providing Broker lending updates.

About you Our successful candidate will have: A degree in Finance, Business or relevant discipline desirable but not essential Strong commercial lending experience & knowledge of the Business Lending, in particular analysis of complex financial statements Strong knowledge the commercial market and competitors' products Ability to identify acceptable lending risk to the Bank and to maximize profit from transactions Demonstrated experience of building, maintaining and utilising successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influences across the organisation.
