The Role The key focus of the Business Development Manager is to grow the property management portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, self-generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
While you'll be allocated with sales agents to assist in bringing in new business, there's an expectation to go above and beyond by proactively generating leads.
This is an office-based role, but due to the nature of the position, you will be out and about frequently, attending open homes and meeting prospective clients.
