About the Role We are pleased to announce a newly created role for a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and drive our growth in the insurance repair sector. Key Responsibilities Identify and target key customers by understanding their needs and requirements from your industry experience.Identify and pursue new market opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to maximize business development efforts.Secure new tender opportunities on projects in related sectors, demonstrating a proven track record.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including operation and management teams.Report and forecast on targets and leads in sales meetings.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.Promote Pattersons' capabilities and position Pattersons in the market.Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and generating leads. The Successful Applicant To be considered for this position you will have a dedicated level of experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in business development or similar.Proven experience in securing new tender opportunities in related sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Resilience and organizational agilityStrategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience within the Insurance Industry highly regarded.Willingness to travel as required.
