The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the firm's strategic growth. You'll collaborate with legal teams to align business development and marketing initiatives with the firm's long-term objectives. Your role will involve managing lead generation strategies, overseeing client onboarding, and supporting the launch of new legal services.

What is Required from You
5+ years of experience in business development, with at least 3+ years in a senior role, ideally within the legal or professional services industry.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism is highly preferred but not essential.
Proven ability to develop and implement business development strategies that expand the client base and increase revenue growth.
Proficiency in marketing strategy development, CRM tools, and data analysis to inform business decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with legal teams and senior leadership.
