Role And Responsibilities

Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: NorwestReporting to: Head of Sales & MarketingWork Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday work (compensated with a day off in lieu)Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agentsFacilitating sales of house and land packagesUsing the existing database and previous industry contacts to develop new and existing relationshipsTarget-driven and money-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and developmentNegotiating deals, sometimes under pressureFunctioning autonomously while also being a team player Required Experience:

Professional Experience:Previous experience in real estate, particularly in roles focused on developing relationships with agents and winning new businessExceptional knowledge of the West Sydney property market from previous rolesKey Attributes:Target-driven and motivated by financial incentivesProactive in chasing and developing leadsStrong negotiation skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team Company Overview:
