About the role: Our business is growing and we are looking for a motivated person who is eager to achieve success in sales! The role could be based at any of our offices -Melbourne CBD, Kew or Hampton offices.
This is a great new role working with our sales team to deliver client and revenue growth for the services division of Avant Practice Solutions. We offer medical practice set up consulting services as well as virtual administration and reception, transcription, medical billings, bookkeeping and payroll services to doctors.
Ideally you'll have strong experience in the medical industry who is capable of managing a sales pipeline, seeking new opportunities and prospects and developing and maturing productive relationships with doctors.

Key accountability: Develop a sales plan to increase sales in an underdeveloped market using a combination of outbound sales lead generation, relationship building and effective inbound lead-qualification with effective follow-up strategies. Operating in a small sales team to deliver against sales targets within allocated segments.Establish presence and profile within allocated target segments (via major practices, colleges, societies, associations & hospitals) to support retention and cross-sell objectives and to self-generate a strong sales pipeline.Deliver individual sales targets, within allocated segments and build Avant Practice Solutions services in marketRepresent Avant Practice Solutions at industry events and functions.Provide input in the form of market intelligence and competitor information to Avant management.Requirements: Previous experience in a sales role ideally within the medical/healthcare/pharmaceutical (or similar) industry.Demonstrated ability in qualifying and generating leads and converting to sales.At Avant, our people are the centre of everything we do for our members.
