Black Diamond Group's Workforce Solutions Australia Division has a full-time position
for Business Development Manager.
Reporting To: VP, WFS, Australia
Location: New South Wales and Victorian regions 

Primary Role:
Responsible for surpassing established sales goals and overall management, focusing on margin 
percentage maximization for all accounts within the assigned regions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Exhibiting a positive attitude and high degree of initiative is essential for success in this role.
• Expanding our business through custom and specialty projects across various sectors including education, outside school hours care, commercial, government, and healthcare.
• Collaborating with the Operations team for bid and contract preparation, ensuring compliance with company's pricing, credit, and payment policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional clients.
• Identifying and monitoring target markets, and competitors, and reporting on activities.
• Representing the company ethically and professionally.
• Handling daily sales, contract documentation and maintaining proper files on all leads and projects within Salesforce.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction post-sales and resolving any arising issues.
• Participating in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
• Traveling within the assigned regions for customer development and maintenance.
Qualifications:
• Motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in the equipment hire industry is preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while identifying new opportunities.
• Proven sales skills in business development and market growth.
• Potential to develop skill sets for internal promotion.
• Flexible, able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to achieve results and expand the business.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft applications is beneficial.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
