In this newly created role, As Business Development Manager (BDM) you'll be at the forefront of building vital relationships with local and national businesses and government entities, promoting the benefits of skilled migrants from around the globe. With a significant shortage of skilled workers across industries like automotive, mining, and construction, your mission is to connect businesses with the workforce solutions they need. The RoleReporting to the Managing Director you will:Identify opportunities and sectors with labour shortages to expand the existing client base and enhance market presence across South Australia.Grow existing relationships within the business, taking a consultative approach to strengthen partnerships and solve workforce challenges.Engage with key stakeholders by building and nurturing connections with peak bodies, industry associations, and government agencies.Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and opportunities in the skilled migration sector.Network effectively by attending industry events to showcase our services and expertise.Deliver compelling proposals that resonate with clients and management. What We're Looking ForWe need a passionate individual with a genuine approach to wanting to help solve the nations skill shortage challenges. While a background in education, recruitment, or migration is a plus, it's not a requirement. However you will have:Advanced relationship management and sales skills, with a solid understanding of sales process, negotiation and pipeline management.Strong communication abilities both written and verbal to engage with stakeholders at all levels.A customer-centric mindset focused on meeting client needs and solving problems.A hungry attitude for success and strong desire and ability to nurture close opportunities.What's in It for You?$120,000 base salary (includes a car allowance) + super + uncapped commission.
