Candidates with specialist Support Coordination experience will also be considered for this opportunity.Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the disability services sector.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed growth targets.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to pinpoint new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends, with a particular focus on the NDIS framework.Business Growth: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets and increase client acquisition.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with participants, families, local community groups, and other stakeholders.Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral networks to enhance service offerings and increase referrals.Lead Generation & Sales: Actively pursue new leads, conduct outreach to potential clients, and convert leads into service agreements.Client Retention: Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure high client satisfaction and retention levels.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all business development activities comply with NDIS standards and regulations.
