Position Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the industrial manufacturing sector.
In this dynamic role, you will lead face-to-face sales calls to existing and potential clients, develop strategic marketing campaigns with the marketing team, and drive new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, setting meetings, and ensuring accurate CRM and ERP system updates.
Occasional overnight travel will be required for client meetings and site visits.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and nurture new business opportunities, focusing on converting leads into orders.Coordinate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing strategies.Prioritize top leads and manage follow-ups to ensure successful conversions.Conduct site visits, present sales plans, and understand client needs.Report sales progress, provide weekly updates, and ensure sales targets are met.Manage client relationships by providing timely quotes and resolving issues efficiently.Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional presentation, and ensure customer satisfaction.Skills & Attributes: Strong sales experience and a proven track record of achieving targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and virtually.Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (HubSpot), and ERP (M1).Ability to self-manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects.Full driver's license and willingness to travel.If you are a motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and business growth, we invite you to apply and join our team at Allflo Pumps.
