Business Development Executive Job Description Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for software sales and helping customers find the right solution? Look no further! We are EVSE, and we are on a mission to create a cleaner tomorrow by accelerating the uptake of Electric Vehicles in Australia. We feel that owning an EV should be easier and more convenient than owning a petrol vehicle and are working hard to make that a reality. To help us support our customers on this journey we're seeking a talented Business Development Executive to drive our growth to new heights.

The Role We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to execute on plans and seize opportunities as they present themselves. We value speed, and the ability to move quickly which is necessary in this fast growing industry. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills both in person, and via email, video and phone. We are looking for someone to step in and lead our team to the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities Achievement of Software Segment Sales TargetsDeeply understand the Australian and Overseas EV charging software markets to identify new opportunitiesWork closely with marketing teams to create the right marketing messages, website design, flyers and marketing material.Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expandMaintain existing business and manage key account relationshipsWork closely with in-house and external development teams to ensure customer feature set is reflective of market needsThink critically when planning to ensure project successYou Are Driven and determined to succeedThrive in environments of constant changeEnjoy being challengedKnow how to close sales and make an impactWant to lead and be part of a high performance winning cultureStrong Technical Acumen and the ability to communicate complex topics simplyQualifications 5+ years prior industry-related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedYou will be working full time out of our Silverwater office with our high performance team, making an impact on the way we work, move and live.
