Business Development Manager

Robert Walters has partnered with a leading fund manager to hire a Business Development Manager. The fund manages over $9bill across traditional & alternatives assets (Private Credit, Private Equity & Infrastructure). The successful candidate will manage the fund's relationships with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), larger dealer groups, broking channels, and private wealth groups.
What you'll do: Developing and maintaining a range of adviser relationships throughout QueenslandExecuting sales strategies with the view to achieve and surpass targetsDelivering interstate internal sales strategy training sessionsContributing to the achievement of national distribution goalsWorking collaboratively as part of the Queensland and broader national distribution team What you bring: Experience working in the Queensland market in a funds management distribution roleA results-driven approach with a passion for sales and financial marketsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamProven track record in executing successful sales strategiesAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
