About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join Dementia and Aged Care Services and help expand our Home Care Services in the Port Macquarie region.
Our prime location on Horton Street provides an excellent platform for growth.
In collaboration with our NSW State Manager, CFO, and HR Manager, you will develop and implement a strategic plan focused on both operational and staffing expansion.
Your key responsibilities will include attending networking events, proactively engaging with potential stakeholders, following up on inquiries, and generating new leads.
You will also evaluate and enhance our current Home Care systems, including the CRM and related processes, ensuring they align with our growth objectives, particularly in workforce development for service delivery.
This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, offering flexibility to work either full-time or part-time from our Port Macquarie office.
