Job DescriptionWe have a new opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the MITO team, based in our Perth office.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - WA & Offshore, you will drive business growth and market expansion by developing new customer relationships, nurturing existing accounts, and identifying innovative opportunities.
What does success look like in this role?
New business opportunities generated, contributing to MITO's market share growth.Effective implementation of short and long-term business strategies.Strong industry relationships and collaborations.Increased visibility of MITO's capabilities in the market.Consistent customer satisfaction, leading to repeat engagements.Contracts effectively managed to meet business and customer expectations.Sales and profit targets consistently met or exceeded.Desired Skills and ExperienceEngineering or business degree will be advantageous.Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.Proven track record of achieving revenue growth in a technical sales environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience dealing with C-suite stakeholders.
