Across the Group we employ over 300 employees and are going through an unprecedented period of growth and expansion.About the ROLEAs we embark on the next stage of growth for the Group, we are looking for an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our team in a full-time capacity based in Osborne Park.In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing growth opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and developing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across the Group.Some of your key duties will include:Identify and scope expansion opportunities (including M&A and JV's etc) across the Group.Prepare and submit high quality EOI, budgets, tenders and presentations to prospective clients.Align business growth strategies with operational efficiency, ensuring contractual commitments and Group goals are met.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.CRM management.Attend industry/networking events to enhance brand visibility and promote new business.About YOUTo be successful, you will be an energetic self-starter, who is motivated, collaborative and thrives in an ever-changing environment.
