About our Client:Our client is a successful Real Estate Agency that is growing from strength to strength!

The Role:There is an opportunity within the business for a Business Development Manager to come on board and grow the rent roll organically.
The agency has a very well-established database to farm from, as well as a consistent source of leads from a strong sales and property management team.
However, being able to create your own new management opportunities is very much desired and favorable.
Skills/Expertise required: Previous experience working in Real Estate is required.
Either as a Real Estate BDM, Sales Agent or Property Manager.Experienced BDM who knows how to convert opportunities and create new management opportunities.Loves Property Management and has been a Property Manager previously is preferable.Knowledge and understanding of the current legislation as well as a current WA Property Registration.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.Knows what it takes to be part of a high-functioning team and wants to work in an amazing company culture.Benefits: One of the BEST teams to work for!
