Hi Tech ITworX is a professional managed service IT provider and supplier of high-quality IT hardware. Trading for over 15 years, our company operates from a network of locations throughout NSW to provide efficient and effective support for our business clients.
The Role: An opportunity exists for a motivated, experienced, detail-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. As a BDM, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on client retention, loyalty, and revenue enhancement through exceptional client experiences. You will be the primary contact for a dedicated portfolio of our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and realise full value from their investments in our solutions.
This position requires a proactive approach to client management and strong experience in customer service. You will develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships, driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, contract expansion, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations.Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our services.Develop and review customer service procedures, policies, and standards.Analyse client environments, business goals, and technology requirements to define and guide actions.Serve as a customer advocate, coordinating internal teams to support client success strategies.Respond to customer queries/escalations over the phone, via email, and in person.Meet with key stakeholders within client organisations to conduct business reviews, discussing performance, challenges, and future needs.Liaise with other managers and staff members to determine correct response to issues.Cross-sell and up-sell additional cyber products and features to existing clients.Demonstrate proven recent, relevant experience in customer service and/or sales role.Exhibit excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.Show exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Possess a confident, outgoing personality, self-motivated and enthusiastic.Enjoy interacting and empathising with people.Communicate well in English – both orally and written.Hold a current NSW class C driver's license.Highly Desirable: Experience working in an IT services company.A strong background in business technology.Location: This position is based in our Orange office. You will be working closely with teams located in Mudgee, Parkes, and Bathurst. There will also be frequent opportunities to travel to client locations. Work from home options are available for the right candidate.
This role offers an attractive salary and a competitive commission structure.
Other Info: Hi Tech ITworX may assist in some relocation expenses for a suitable applicant, and a company vehicle is included in addition to a competitive salary package.
