This multi-national organisation has identified great opportunities to increase their footprint of their products and services. Whilst they have clients in mining, transport and rail, you will focus on developing new power generation and gas processing project opportunities. You will drive the product range of gas engines and valves, growing your core business areas of parts and service. Your industry contacts and knowledge will place you in good stead for creating some waves in the industry.
You could be based in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney or Newcastle. You will manage key accounts and identify, grow and service new clients across Australia. Travel is part of the role, so you must enjoy getting out there.
The successful candidate will have:
Sales experience in the gas power generation industry with demonstrated business development skills in maintenance and capital equipment sales. Sound knowledge of the energy markets within Australia Sound technical knowledge of gas processing and power generation equipment Engineering qualification preferred Proven ability to meet sales targets Ability to develop and deliver on a strategic sales plan, managing B to B long cycle sales processes Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Well developed verbal and written communication skills
