Primary Purpose: Responsible for duties in sales, including business development, field service, high-quality work, and customer satisfaction within the automotive industry, particularly with Trucks (Prime Mover & Rigid) & Buses.
Ensure the company's vision, mission, and values are executed with the customers we serve and the employees of PH2.
Serve as a leader for the organization, customers, and vendors to grow the business and help our customers succeed.
Essential Functions: The role would suit a self-motivated individual with:
an understanding of medium/large business environmentsa high degree of computer literacyadministrative and document management knowledgea keen interest in developing solutions for new activitiesprevious experience engaging with stakeholders in the transport/logistics/waste sectorsSuits a self-starter with high energy and a strong client focus, with the ability to utilize knowledge in the energy, manufacturing, and transport industries.
Evaluation: Appreciate and demonstrate the company's core values and principles, vision, and corporate missionEstablish the culture for the hydrogen industry in alignment with the company's corporate culture, including the pursuit of excellence in workmanship, quality, safety, and customer satisfactionDeliver and execute the strategy of products, innovation, sales, service, and supportMeet/exceed sales targets established by the senior leadership team, with commission based on the sale of HFC or BEV vehiclesMeet/exceed success metrics of Safety, Earnings, Rework, Value, Inventory, Customer Satisfaction, Efficiency (SERVICE)Develop and execute a business growth strategy for success in your regionProvide accurate revenue and profit forecasts, with year-over-year growth in revenue and profitsFulfill a budget based on forecasts, execute the plan, and report results of the PH2 business plan at monthly checkpoints with the National Sales Manager and quarterly Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) meetings.
Implement corrective actions as neededCultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential customers across all levels of the customer baseRecognize and anticipate future customer needs through relationship building, remaining connected, and communicating with customers regularlyAnalyze PH2 effectiveness and develop strategic staffing plans to meet the future needs of your region, reporting annually to the National Sales ManagerAnalyze overall quality to ensure customer needs are being metDeliver reports and data to the National Sales Manager as neededDemonstrate solidarity around SLT decisions, objectives, standards, and the direction of the businessDemonstrate proficiency in skill development, relationship building, and evaluating performance.To Apply: Please send your CV and a cover letter addressing the role to:
