A unique opportunity exists for a highly driven BDM to drive engagement and sales growth within the GigaComm residential building portfolio Melbourne.

is an Australian telecommunications company, we operate an independent network that uses the latest technology to provide reliable, ultra-fast internet to apartments and businesses.
This opportunity will ideally suit an experienced
Business Development Manager with exceptional organisation and communication skills.
The role will proactively engage with key internal and external stakeholders, pre, during and post installation of the
GigaComm
network.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and developing sales relationships ( existing portfolio )
Manage individual relationships with Building Owners Corporation, Committees and Building Managers pre and particularly after handover from Network Deployment team.
Engage buildings in portfolio on partner programs to drive sales penetration per building
Attend relevant industry networking events to
build strong relationships
Create, negotiate and deliver highly targeted sales and marketing activity in conjunction with the wider business, to deliver customer acquisition and retention objectives
Manage sales pipeline , track in-building activity and provide management reports on the status of individual buildings
Look for continuous improvement opportunities based on capturing learnings and building internal IP.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will have
sales and account management experience in the telco, real estate or the building management industry or similar
Strong client focus matched with desire to deliver on business
KPIs.
Examples of maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Proven experience in delivering revenue driving sales activity, and achieving targets
Attention to detail and practical solution centric mindset is a must.
Provide input into business proposals and be an active member of the team.
Self-motivated and enterprising with an experienced business development background.
Ability to provide insightful and actionable reporting to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
