We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. Proficiency in software tools, particularly Salesforce, is essential for managing leads and tracking performance.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a relevant industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in software applications, particularly CRM systems, for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
