Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving Carnival's sales through the trade network within your assigned QLD territory. (post probation).Fantastic discount on cruises, onboard product launches, airline, and Hotel discounts through our partners.Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Build strong and sustainable relationships with agents already selling Carnival Cruise Line, while developing new partnerships with agents who have the potential to grow their business.Deliver engaging product education and training sessions to agents, enhancing their knowledge of Carnival Cruise Line.Create tailored business plans with agents to drive Carnival Cruise Line sales.Encourage agents to utilise online platforms to deepen their understanding of Carnival's product offerings.Assist with trade functions, product familiarisations, and ship walk-arounds to provide agents with firsthand experiences of Carnival's offerings.About You:You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong background in customer service. You will be adept at managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely distribution of key materials. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to work from the road. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will set you apart. Plus, you will demonstrate flexibility, including the willingness to travel and work outside regular hours. FUN Team player?
