Account & Relationship Management (Sales)About the roleThis is a full-time Business Development Manager role based out of our Bowen Hills, Queensland office. As a key member of the sales team at Boozicles, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers in the liquor and hospitality industry.What you'll be doingDeveloping and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing customersManaging and nurturing a portfolio of key account relationshipsIdentifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads through prospecting, networking, and industry researchNegotiating and finalising commercial contracts with customersProviding regular sales forecasting and performance reportingStaying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activityWorking closely with PR/Marketing to coordinate promotional efforts and assist with any collateral or promotional materials requiredProactively sharing market feedback to support product and marketing improvementWhat we're looking forDemonstrated experience in an account management or business development role, within the Alcohol industry (minimum 2 years experience)Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse data to identify growth opportunitiesTertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, marketing or salesPassion for the liquor and hospitality industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat we offerAt Boozicles, we pride ourselves on creating a collaborative and supportive work culture that empowers our employees to thrive.
