What you'll do:As a Business Development Manager at Robert Walters, your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our main products: Partnerships, Regional Tours, and Science Show and Hands-On Workshop Incursions. You will develop strategic sales plans, achieve revenue targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key clients, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets, collaborating with the team to align sales efforts with organizational objectives, leading contract negotiations, maintaining comprehensive records of sales activities within the CRM system, and developing pricing strategies that reflect the unique value proposition of the offerings.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients including schools, educational institutions, and community organizations.Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the goals of the company.Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.Collaborate closely with the team to align sales efforts with overall organizational objectives.Lead complex contract negotiations with clients.Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities within the CRM system.Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products, services, and educational programs.Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with schools, community groups, and corporate organizations.Participate in activities essential to building and scaling the department.What you bring:As a Business Development Manager at Robert Walters, you bring a wealth of experience in driving sales growth through strategic planning.
