About the RoleReporting to the National Growth and Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with the State Manager and Hospital CEOs to deliver growth in hospital activity through the recruitment and retention of medical specialists as well as new and expanded business opportunities.
This will involve market research, strategy development, lead generation, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals.
2 year fixed-term, full-time contractPosition is based on the Sunshine Coast, QldAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you must be a dynamic and self-driven professional with strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to identify business growth opportunities and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You must also demonstrate: Relevant experience in a similar role in health care, executing business development strategies in complex environmentsExperience in seeking out marketing intelligence and using data and research to drive identification of new business opportunities in the local healthcare marketIn-depth understanding of medical specialists and the relationship with referrers including GPs, other specialists and healthcare professionalsExperience in lead generation, conversion and onboardingAbility to maintain and grow our database, ensuring accurate and detailed recordsAbility to identify and leverage opportunities to accelerate results and meet stakeholder needs.Experience achieving set targets and KPIs and providing regular reports to evaluate effectiveness of activities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environmentOpen driver's licence and own vehicleFlexibility to work outside of regular business hours as requiredAbout UsRamsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with over 70 Australian sites employing over 30,000 people.
