About the roleReporting to the General Manager of Sales, you will develop and deliver a sales plan in alignment with strategic business objectives while travelling nationally and supporting State Managers.
Communicating with senior leaders and executives, influencing their decision making through presenting technical solutions and insightful information about your offering (which will vary from project to project).
DutiesMarket research and analysisConduct market research, identifying new business opportunities and market expansionLead generation and networkingBuild and maintain relationships, qualifying and identifying new business through numerous channels such as, networking events, industry conferences, online research, and face to face interactions Solution sellingImplement strategic sales plans crafting tailored solutions for specific needs Relationship managementMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction, adding value with existing and new clients Proposals and quotingComplete quotes, submit proposals and where appropriate complete tenders Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with colleagues developing and delivering regional specific sales plansProvide reporting and forecasting Regular reporting and CRM compliance Skills & experienceGrit - We seek a commercially curious, tenacious, persistent, proactive individual.
With a level of sophistication, you will possess a consultative view to relationship building and business development whilst being 'action orientated'.
