Renewables, Defence, Utilities, Construction, Mining,

About the Role
As a
Business Development Manager , you'll lead
end-to-end sales
for Cable Australia, including business development, project management, and tenders. This hands-on, fast-paced role requires a dynamic leader with strong influencing skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams to drive business performance.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years' experience
in Sales and Business Development within a fast-paced environment
Strong background in
cables, utilities, and the engineering sector
Excellent leadership, emotional intelligence, and
stakeholder management
skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering results
Strong
business acumen
with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven success in managing
key performance outcomes
and implementing effective strategies
Knowledge of
Workplace Health and Safety
practice
