Euroglass Australia Pty Ltd is a boutique dedicated Frameless Glass company based in Hemmant Brisbane QLD, Australia. We specialize in installations of Frameless Glass Products, including Frameless Sliding and Stacking door systems and Guillotine window systems, frameless balustrades, stair cases and pool fences, showerscreens systems and much more.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales/Technical and Marketing Manager to join our team and assist with future business development.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of sales representatives and Technical installation staff.
* The design, maintenance and implementation of the sales plans required to meet the sales objectives as laid out in the Business and Marketing Plans created with assistance of senior management.
* Coach and mentor sales and technical staff within the team to ensure business objectives in relation to profitability are met.
* Develop and implement sales channels.
* Lead the sales strategy planning by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and resellers.
* Manage and develop accurate sales forecasting and reporting functions.
* Negotiating and securing business through external stakeholder engagement
* Build and maintain external stakeholder partnerships and referral structures.
* Develop and manage sales drives and promotions.
* Manage external sales promotion with suppliers.
* Create and develop trade showcases with customers and suppliers.
* Create and coordinate marketing campaigns with third parties and suppliers.
* Liaise with key accounts.
* Undertake quarterly performance reviews of direct reports with the business owner.
Experience & competencies required:
* Business awareness of the frameless glass industry.
* Knowledge of Frameless Glazing Compliance in Queensland.
* Considerable Knowledge of Frameless Stacking Doors, manufacture and installation processes.

* Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
* Relevant commercial experience leading and managing a fast paced team
* committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
* The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $168,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
