As we continue to expand, we require the services of a new team member to help us maintain the desired level of service and total satisfaction expected by our customers.
Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven cold calling and lead generation track record, particularly in selling software and security solutions. This role is crucial in driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Australia.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new leads.
Identify and create new business opportunities within the Aged Care and Health industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Present and demonstrate our IoT and facilities management solutions to potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepared and presented proposals to clients with our operations team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Experience in selling software and security solutions is highly preferred.
Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with IoT and facilities management solutions is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
