Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join their team. The primary objective of this role is to sell their premium line of trucks, fostering strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our mission of redefining the heavy vehicle industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prospect, identify, and nurture potential clients while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
* Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend suitable truck solutions from their range.
* Work closely with the support operations and accounts team to make sure sales orders are processed quickly and easily.
* Meet and exceed pre-set and agreed-upon targets by selling product features, advantages, and benefits.
* Work with the marketing team to profile and produce target market sales strategies and campaigns.
* Exceed customers' expectations when addressing their needs.
* Address and resolve client inquiries, issues, and concerns professionally.
* Develop and maintain trust and credibility as the preferred heavy vehicle solutions provider.
* Deep understanding of the heavy vehicle industry in terms of technical features and specifications, benefits, and competitive solid advantages.

SELECTION CRITERIA
* Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive/heavy vehicle market.
* Good communicator and networker.
* Self-motivated and able to demonstrate a successful track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to manage and utilize software systems and CRMs along with other sales tools.
* High knowledge of trends and competitors on the heavy vehicle market.
* Aptness to work under pressure and meet set deadlines, with the commitment to keeping high levels of professionalism.
