As a Business Development Manager,you will be responsible for driving the sales growth of Emerson Keystone Butterfly Valves and KTM Process Ball Valve products within the ANZ market.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Sales calls, technical customer presentations, participate in and present at marketing & industry thought leadership events. Develop relationships at Key End User, EPC, OEM & Contractor accounts to help build 'Trusted Advisor' relationships that deliver mutually beneficial value. Work across ISV, Emerson and BU Project Pursuit teams, to position Emerson Isolation Valve products for specification on KOB1 & KOB2 pursuits. Provide technical assistance and support to the Sales Organization and participate in Site Walkdowns as required to drive ongoing MRO/Aftermarket business. Working between the sales organization, customers, SBU, and the broader Emerson community, identify key market trends and opportunities from which to drive profitable growth. Develop growth initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Pricing, SIOP), and work across the ISV business (Sales/ Ops / SBU) to gain alignment and the necessary support/investment to ensure initiatives have substance, are executable, and can deliver profitable growth. Champion BFV/BLV initiatives, support, and drive execution to ensure success. Map and develop technical competency in BFV/BLV products across the organization. Develop and present technical training material. Provide 1 on 1 development and/or joint calls with sales where required, to ensure development of technical proficiency. Provide timely market & competitive intelligence feedback to ISV Sales Leadership, SBU, and Operations organizations. Assist in the development and support of Emerson, ISV & BFV/BLV SBU strategies and initiatives. Champion and own new product launch/release for Keystone/KTM in ANZ Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and SBU leadership to ensure ANZ sales and customer needs are considered within BFV/BLV SBU. Collaborate with SBU & Operations to define (dynamically) the ideal inventory profile to support customer requirements, drive growth, and increase ITO & RDSL yet avoid E&O wastage. Actively participate in, and provide leadership for, the ISV Winning Culture program to help shape the culture of our organization by living our core traits of 'Collaboration' 'Resilience' & 'Driving Results' Who You Are: You Identify and seize new opportunities. Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. You provide timely and helpful information to others across the organization.
For This Role, You Will Need: Tertiary qualifications in either Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar. Experience in sales and technical experience in industrial valve applications, specifically Butterfly Valves & Process Ball Valves. Strong knowledge of Mineral Resources and Process Industries with an understanding of buying cycles and industry drivers.
