Hymix is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategicgrowth for the Hymix brand, and influence change in the industry throughsustainability and digital transformation.
In your new role with us, you will: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Educate key industrystakeholder on Sustainability & Digital transformation to drive change.
Identifyand cultivate new business opportunities, including prospecting and buildingrelationships with potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive innovation and market advantage. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, andmarketing, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction Buildand maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a customer centric approach. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay up to date with industry developments, attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance market knowledge and expand the company's presence. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analysing performance and identifying areas for improvement. Thisrole is a great fit for you if you: Are a positive,energetic individual that is motivated to succeed in a dynamic  environment. Have well-developed constructionmarket knowledge (preferred); however industrial sector awareness is advantageous! Have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Are self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Possess proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively. Are proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
