Working as an integral member of our expanding international business development team; you will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals for new business opportunities, new client acquisition and customer segments by developing, building and managing potential clients whilst assisting long-term relationships with customers and vendors supporting and developing their business with our unique technology and services offering. Your sales acumen will be key in understanding and interpreting new customer needs and providing tailored solutions. The Candidate You may already have a proven track record of developing new business in a technical discipline. Alternatively, you may have been working as a technical consultant and wish to develop your career in a more sales-oriented position. Outstanding influencing and relationship-building skills Professional presentation skills A proactive attitude and ability to work independently Ability to find new and develop leads and win sustainable business Construction industry experience and knowledge Track record of achieving annual sales targets or KPIs Knowledge of building simulation and sustainable building design Knowledge of the IESVE software.
