Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO services, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence in Australia and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BPO sector. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries. Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the BPO industry. Strong understanding of the BPO market in Australia. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as needed.
